Hearthline Home began with a dining table that looked smaller online than it did in a nine-foot room. The measurements were on the page, but they were buried under adjectives, so the table went back and the search started again.

The range that replaced it is deliberately short: one extendable dining table, one media console, one rolling desk, a pair of counter stools, a six-drawer dresser and a tall pantry cabinet. Each piece has to state its assembled size, its material and the load it is built to carry.

Flat-packed furniture is checked before it is boxed, and the hardware is counted against the manual. Where a piece needs two people to lift or fix to a wall, that is written on the product page rather than left for the delivery day.

Orders are packed by the same small team that answers email. A tracking number is emailed when the carrier scans the label, and questions about clearance, stair access or assembly are answered before the order is placed where possible.

If a room measurement is close, send us the wall width and the space in front of it. We will check the figure against the supplier sheet and tell you whether the piece will fit before you buy.
